Meet Neil
My name is Neil Siefring, and I am the president of Three Bells Collaborative. I help clients connect effectively and persuasively with their audiences.

My Background
My communication skills were honed in one of the most challenging and dynamic environments in the United States: Capitol Hill.
As a senior staffer for several members of the United States House of Representatives, I played a critical role in some of the most significant and contentious legislative battles in congressional history.
In the process, I mastered the art of on-the-fly messaging, drafting impactful speeches, crafting bill language, and forming coalitions to pass legislation. I had to take highly complex ideas and distill them into clear, compelling messages that resonated with diverse audiences and moved them to take action.
In this high-pressure arena, I developed an exceptional ability to draft targeted content that captures attention and drives action. My strategic communications playbook, forged in the unique crucible that is Congress, emphasizes relationship building, storytelling, client attraction, and most importantly, client retention.

My educational experiences helped me develop exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills that continue to guide my career and can benefit you. I earned my undergraduate degree from The American University, School of International Service. Afterward, I earned a master's degree from the University of Cambridge, Magdalene College. I also hold a law degree from the College of William and Mary School of Law.
